The G6 Alliance, APL, Hapag-Lloyd, Hyundai Merchant Marine, MOL, NYK and OOCL, have announced their revised winter service schedules on the Asia-North America trade lane that includes omissions and service suspensions. A new service is to be formed by combining the existing NYE and SCE loops that are to be temporarily suspended, into a single service branded NSC that will call at ports between Asia and the east coast of North America. The first sailing is scheduled to arrive in Xiamen on October 29.
The port rotation for the NSC is Xiamen, Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, Shenzhen-Yantian, Shanghai-Yangshan, Busan, Panama Canal, Manzanillo, Kingston, Savannah, Charleston, New York, Norfolk, Jacksonville, Kingston, Manzanillo, Panama Canal, Balboa, Busan and back to Xiamen.
The port rotation of the NYE to be suspended is Kaohsiung, Ningbo, Shanghai-Yangshan, Busan, Panama Canal, Manzanillo, Savannah, New York, Norfolk, Jacksonville, Manzanillo, Panama Canal, Balboa, Busan and back to Kaohsiung.
The last sailing is due to arrive in Kaohsiung on October 25 and in Savannah on November 23.
The last sailing of the soon-to-be-suspended SCE service is expected to arrive at Xiamen on October 20 and at the port of Savannah on November 22.
The port rotation of the SCE is Xiamen, Kaohsiung, Shenzhen-Da Chan Bay, Hong Kong, Shenzhen-Yantian, Panama Canal, Manzanillo, Kingston, Savannah, Charleston, Kingston, Manzanillo, Panama Canal and back to Xiamen.
The Central China 2 (CC2) service that calls at Asian ports and the west coast of North America is to be suspended. It calls at Ningbo, Shanghai-WaiGaoQiao, Busan, Los Angeles (Long Beach) and back to Ningbo.
The last sailing is expected to arrive at Ningbo on October 18 and in Los Angeles-Long Beach on November 5.
